East Anglia LABC Building Excellence Awards 2020 Best Change of Use of an Existing Building Nominee for this Project at Darsham.

We built this project converting the old grain store into a 3 storey house.

We were very pleased to be Nominated for East Anglia LABC Building Excellence Awards 2020 Best Change of Use of an Existing Building. Unfortunately we did not win but to be nominated by East Suffolk Building control is an achievement we are very proud of.

This project took 9 Months to complete in total and its seamless design is one we are very proud to be associated with.

The Sow Yards

We converted an old pig store in Holton, There was only a back wall when we started but when it was finished we it was turned into a beautiful home for them and there young family. The Larch cladding leaves a lovely look especially with the house name sign as you approach.

East Lane Barn

We were employed to carry out this project  for a client who needed it for their farms manager to live in. Due to Planning permission nearly running out we had to complete the project in just 4 months so the client did not need to re-apply for planning permission. Due to the size of our team we were able to achieve this.

Church Farm Barn

We were employed by our clients to convert their old Cow shed into their future home. We did this and as you will see below the end product looks fantastic.

Other Barn Works

Kerslake Construction Ltd have carried out various other Barn works over the years however due to lack of photo reference we are unable to provide anymore photos.

We constructed Kings Farm Barn in Westleton where we converted a derelict barn into a lovely house.

We Constructed Henham Green Barns where we converted this into a beautiful house which Mr Kerslake lived in with his Partner Jane Canham for a while.

We also worked on White House Lodges where we turned the barns into 6 exclusive holiday lets and the old farmhouse into 3no exclusive holiday flats. You can find infomation at Holiday Lodges & Lets In Suffolk | White House Lodges All works on these pictures were carried out by Kerslake Construction with help from Lee Lewis Electrical and K.Dossett Ltd.
