Situated just off the A12 to the north of Saxmundham, the mansion is a Grade II listed building thought to date back to the 19th century.

On the 16th February a terrible fire tore through the building. Luckily the occupants all escaped safely. It was believed to of been caused by a tumble dryer. 

On the 15th July 2019 Kerslake Construction started on site revamping the old building back to its former glory.

This project was completed January 2021.
