In 2023 Kerslake Construction will start works at the Old Milestone Hospital, Catfield to turn it into 22 new flats for Lion Properties.

We have made site secure and done some strip out works ready for a structural engineer and Architect to design their elements in Magnolia House and Hamilton House only.

In Hamilton Mews these are already 8no self contained flats which we have started clearing out and getting ready to start as this will be carried out and complete first.
