London Road
We built this house set back off London Road Halesworth, This was a piece of land which they had and asked Kerslake Construction to design and build their future home. This house was built with LABC for building control and NHBC for building Warranty.
The Croft
We were asked by our clients to build this house on some spare land they had in order for them to house some farm workers in the harvesting season.
Bedfield Newbuilds
We were employed to complete these newbuilds by our client who had been let down by another contractor going into Administration. We took over from where they got to and completed the project in a timely manner so he could get the houses on the market. They look amazing and sold in no time.
Dairy House
We built this house next door to where Mr Kerslake was living. This house was designed and built by Kerslake Construction Ltd.
1-4 Garage View, Halesworth
We recently developed 4no properties at London Road, Halesworth. These gorgeous properties sold in no time and are currently lived in. all works were inspected by NHBC for Warrenty and LABC for Building Control.

Over the years we have built various newbuilds however lack of photo evidence has meant we do not have any pictures to show but we have listed some below.
The Causeway, Peasenhall - We built a lovely house in Peasenhall just on the causeway a few years ago.
London Road, Halesworth - We recently completed 4no newbuilds to land adjacent Kerridges garage, Halesworth which proved very popular. This was a joint venture with Lee Lewis and were built to very high standards. The Building regs was designed by Kerslake construction.
